The LMX Linear DLO (Directional Linear Optics) range is ATEX, IECEx and UKEX certified for safe use in Zones 1 and 21 potentially explosive atmospheres.  Its unique and patented technology allows light fittings to be safely positioned in close proximity to and the within the eyeline of workers.  It delivers very high light uniformity with the minimum of glare.  All products are IP66/67 rated, tough, reliable and ideal for indoor or outdoor use in new installations and for replacing existing fluorescent or LED installations for improved performance and lower energy consumption.

The LMX Linear LED DLO range is an efficient, robust and durable Zone1 and Zone 21 Hazardous Area Installed luminaire range, and is available in standard industry 2 feet and 4 feet sizes.  With an IP66 or 67 rating (depending on the gland fitted), it's ideal for both indoor and outdoor use in potentially explosive atmopsheres.  With a T4 temperature class, a lower ambient temperature of -50°C and high temperature versions of up to +60°C, LMX Linear luminaires can be used in a wide range of Hazardous Area environments.

Choose DLO when:

• Operators are likely to glance at or look towards the light source
• Light needs to be directed to a precisely defined area without overspill
• The light mounting is low
• The area to be illuminated is smaller or more specific
• Operators are present for longer periods in the illuminated area
• When close, high quality or inspection work is to be carried out in the illuminated area
